You can also see the designers had a lot more planned when it comes to the ships (also see the first teaser for FL when it was still in development) - moving arms and wings for the ships, for example.

The main purpose of posting it was to catch someones eye who would say "Someone should model it"....

No really...someone should model it. I think the official name/description is "Utility Craft". It don't necessarily has to be a junker ship. I'd make it a civil craft as it was initially planned...
