Okay I'll try doing this "respect the phase its in" thing.
It looks very flat, how's the plan for that? Will it get more structure to heighten it a little?

That is why I am asking for more input. You are potentially the one to fly it after all, so you are (like anyone else) is very welcomed to share your ideas. Once we will get some momentum in the design, it will go further easier and smoother.

I think it's waaaaaaay too pointy. Maybe go for something more between this bw gb and this pointy one, make it somewhere in the middle. Or if not that, maybe make that front bulkier, but keep pointy style.

Looks neat so far. I like the idea of the Montante getting a gunboat brother version for the Sabre-line. Reminds me a bit of the Zahl Cruiser of Voyager.

Bridge is too low imo regarding rest of the ship... Looks like a mole looking for wurms.
