RE: Outcast "Ranseur" D5-2A Dreadnought Revision - Barbarossa - 11-23-2016 Sounds challenging. I'll get myself into it whenever I can, I had a very similar idea about the moving part. RE: Outcast "Ranseur" D5-2A Dreadnought Revision - eigos - 11-23-2016 The animation is challenging, especially for FL models. There are 2 types of animation in FL that I know of - revolute and translate. As far as I remember, this needs to be done in 3ds Max and each moving part NEEDS to be set as a separate component from the rest of the mesh. Its group needs to have a special name. And UTF Editor will once again need to be used. Its tricky and I know of only two people who have experience in animation for FL. That's Justin and Yuri (Treewyrm). RE: Outcast "Ranseur" D5-2A Dreadnought Revision - Barbarossa - 11-24-2016 Justin was the right guy I was thinking of asking RE: Outcast "Ranseur" D5-2A Dreadnought Revision - Barbarossa - 12-04-2016 Update: Added a new model - https://p3d.in/BfPiU If everyone is okay with this one, I plan to make the lid rotate in-game. RE: Outcast "Ranseur" D5-2A Dreadnought Revision - Operator - 12-04-2016 duuude, it's amazing O_O but... this face count... RE: Outcast "Ranseur" D5-2A Dreadnought Revision - Thunderer - 12-04-2016 Looks too good quality compared to the rest of the ship. It's not that the Ranseur looks bad, in fact it's one of the best looking BSs out there, but this is just too fine, detailed. |
