Infocard 488301, used by LI0903_lnavy_001_f on LI09_03_base (Battleship Gettysburg, commented in mBases.ini as Battleship Ghettysburg), says that Liberty is still at war with Rheinland suggests they are not yet at war with Gallia.
Another rumour given by this NPC, infocard 488303, says 'heared'. Apparently this is a nonstandard spelling of heard
