Right, I forgot to mention this.
By default, you should be able to trade to your intended target without issues. However, if proper RP is done between house officials, they can then further trade around the loop. In other words, the counter will be active for RM and BDM IDs from Rheinland to Kusari - but not beyond that. However, if the involved house officials choose to - they can ''subcontract'' the convoy further and apply the log for RM from Kusari to Liberty. So here's the perp - overall, the least restrictive way would be to use a FL ID - but that would make it into a smuggling run with all of the dangers involved. Pick your poison.

So, from what I understand, it will be a circular trade route, with stuff going rhein->kusari->Liberty->Bretonia->Rhein, and nothing in reverse course?
Good times for some Goverment/law enforcement dealings, I guess. *looks nervously to Kusari....

Oh right. The credit earnings will be the same for both Military/Intel IDs and anyone else who can dock on the base and purchase the goods. Just that it is restricted cargo and can be treated as contraband by lawful IDs - it will be in the commodity description itself, so you do not need to submit requests to alter your respective Laws entries in the laws of sirius thread.
The only difference is that only Military and Intel IDs will be tracked by the tracker and will be eligible for the prizes.

I really suggest you call the Gallic intelligence ID "Office of Naval Intelligence ID". That is the name of the Gallic intelligence service, and even Rheinland got the horrible German name of its intel division as name of the ID.

A discussion for elsewhere, but I would rather have a generic, probably french related name for a generic intel id, and leave the ONI for the player faction, should they strive for officialdom. Akin to the situation in Rheinland.

Well, there are a lot of official factions who're just christened after the NPC faction, see LSF, LN, BAF, BPA, et cetera. This never really has been a problem. Frankly, it's a nitpck of me, so I'll shut up about it now, but I'd rather have it be closer to what is already there than have it be something completely new. Also, the ONI is a subgroup of the GRN| official faction, so it's not autonomous, at least not as faction.
