He can't because it's not in the rules.
Quite a few people did do something like this and nobody complained. I personally think it's fine as well - if you haven't got the time to grind the money I don't see a reason not to realistically reward another player for doing it for you.

Well, I know certain people who sell ingame money for real money, and I know certain people who bought ingame money for real money.
Here is a "list" what a billion can be worth and how good you know the seller.
15€ = 1 billion credits
If you have a good friend 10€ = 1 billion credits.

probably if you buy with money from a cheater you will end up losing both the real money and the ingame currency as well

It will only show the time spend online from creation of character which needless to say doesn't provide anything useful for this case, unless its a new player that spends 10mins which have only one character that sells the cheating cash to another player which is not going to happen, most likely the person who will try and manage to sell cheating currency will have quite a few hours logged and there would be no way to determine if its cheated or not because the team wouldn't know what he did in that time to get the money

I mean, everyone is allowed to waste their money for pixels. As long as there is no rule against it, go for it. But don't expect people to show pity when people start scamming with that.

I'm going to be blunt and say why the hell is anyone even considering it in the first page? This is just ASKING for more trouble, we don't even need it and never have needed it in the first place, and rather would not have people resorting to this kind of stupid activity involved with using real cash. It's not even hard to gain them. Just because every other game is doing it nowadays does not mean we need to head that road either.
