Do the rewards work for killing other IDs as well? For example if an OC ship kills an order ship in Beta, do they get the bonus?

No, the reward is for killing outcasts and corsairs.
I have a better question, if someone else kills them, that's no reward either, correct?
Only cash is if corsair kills outcast and vice versa?
