They haven't had encounters yet, I think. They only rep what they run into. I won't speak for them, but they regard Rheinland as neutral, potentially friendly.

It's true that I only added factions in there we had direct contact with. That is why you see something more "specific" like FL-ER int here while a big npc group like the Rogues is missing.
As per Lane Hacker agreement we don't shoot Rogues and Outcasts in Liberty.

There's no reason for us to come to Gallia right at this point. That front is one we avoid right now and no contacts have been made. This was a thing that used to be a possibility with the former LSF leader being in alliance with Gallia but that chance has passed.
So we went with whatever rp people threw in our general direction that made sense. So right now we met BDM ingame and beginnings of communications arose of that.
All comms can be found in our Communications thread - only missing the latest which I'll add soon of course.
