You know...you could have just found an abandoned base lets say in galileo, which had a few cloaks.

But, Galileo is a boring system. Traveling from Omicron XI to Gallia would be more exciting.

Cloaks are usually made by a person known as a 'Tailor'. We wouldn't expect a Millennials to understand that though.

Cool manual. The only part I don't like about it is the mentioned locations for some ships. Havok MK II, Roc and Eagle.
You lead players to Virginia to purchase that. Which is a no-go, in my opinion.

No ciivilian nor criminal is allowed to go there, or actually aware of Virginia, unless they are ex-navy pilots.
So going there would make no sense and ends up deadly for every player that has no Navy ID.

Aside from that, the Havok MK II can be bought con Planet Denver, Colorado.
