The Server automatically deletes any new Ships that have less than 10 minutes, on line, after 1 week.
Because yours had only 2 minutes 56 seconds, it fell foul of an automatic deletion.
You must make sure that it has least 10 minutes. I would, if I was you make sure you have nearer to 30 minutes, just to be on the safe side.
This means that the Admins did not delete your Ship.
In the meantime I have restored it and also reset the Clock (you have 1 week to get some time on the Ship).
Please look after your Ship.
