This music reminds me a little about ''Scooter'', a techno group from Germany. In that case, it mostly meets the music of the Rheinland home systems.

I'm not big fan of Scooter and their abuse of ROMplers, but despite its weak lead and irritating vocals, Metropolis has a great midbass.

It doesn't make me think of any House. The melody, if you can call it a melody, is the entirely same three second verse repeating over and over. If it does, despite its monotony, make me think of anything at all, it makes me think of a lift.
