It's not like Samura and FA were ever going to be at disagreement with each other considering FA is basically a puppet organisation of Samura.

It does mean that FA would never question Samura as they are both you. FA is more than just a puppet, they have a ton of opportunities, just saying be careful not to let FA become 100% yes men, they have their own goals aswell.

This is what I was going for, I do have a bit of an issue with 1ics running multiple factions in the same ZoI for reasons mentioned above but I'm not providing negative feedback here, just saying the problems I think this situation causes, other than that decent write up, will look for you ingame.

Don't compare the FA with the LWB too much. The LWB is by far more liberal. So the only real similarity is the hate against Synth Foods. Kusari Xenos is somewhat correct. Atleast in my FA/LWB Book. The writeup looks pretty decent. Just the neutral stance of the Unione Corse bothers me. You can read the explanation why they should be atleast unfriendly below. And oh my. Zoners! Neutral? Kill them with fire! Dirty wannabe Hipsters.

Well. Considering the FA don't like foreigners and their Drugs like NOX, they shouldn't be too happy to see filthy and ugly Unione Corse scumbags in Kusari. The Hogosha may like the business oportunities with NOX though. The Corse maybe want to knock at Kabukichos door (again). Not at Kagoshima.

I get where you're coming from with the Unione Corse, but I think because of their friendly relationship with both Hogosha and Samura and then their hostile stance towards Outcasts and GC, they find themselves in sort of the Neutral band with the FA. I don't know what you mean about the Zoners though, might have to try and convince me. I mean besides their relationship with the GMG, there's nothing the FA can really pick at with them.
