Even though it might turn the odds even more against the GRN: Do you think that it would be possible to also have =CR= involved in the bonus system? We do have a very valid reason to hate the space frenchies, we happen to live right next to all the action and we do have the required ZOIs to actually do it.

Guess there should be some people that would be on neutral/friendly terms with Gallia and dislike Bretonia and/or Liberty a lot? Not exactly sure what would fit, but shouldnt Harmony or Hellfire be able to make the odds for Gallia a bit better?
