I like the look of 'RFP|' better than '[RFP]'. That is just my opinion. Kambei has a point in it being faster to find but I think the difference is minimal after you put your list in alphabetical order.

I almost forgot about the ranks there aswell, that system makes things so much easier as you know who to follow orders from.
