I know this is going to make me look/sound like a bit of an @$$hat, but if Meph is being serious, despite this thread being in FLOOD, we should be offering support, not offering him a pint, even if it is just people mucking about.
Stopping doing anything you have done for years on a regular basis can be HARD, even if it is not something addictive like smoking.
