I feel like Xenos should at least be able to use Condors. It's hard to snub when people can just throw multiple Solaris GBs at you.

I submitted an OF request for Arbiters on the indie ID. Nobody, XA- or otherwise, has ever submitted a request for gunboats on the Xeno ID. Nothing is stopping anyone from doing so. Please keep this in mind before the pitchfork waving, thanks.

I'm not pitchfork waving? I was just putting the idea out there. I don't even play a Xeno, and them having Gunboats probably wouldn't change that, but I'm all for leveling the playing field.

At this point I agree. I don't know if there are any restrictions of this kind left in the game, but they should probably be entirely removed if gameplay has much higher value than the storyline. Open the Ish'tar to indies as well.
