Deuterium is a normal trade route for the area. You just get a bonus for this shipment. There should be many alternative locations to sell this.

I'd like to suggest the event organizer to consider disabling docking to the Ciutadella Outpost in Omicron Kappa for the duration of this event. The Corsairs are enforcing a small tax on zoners and freelancers traveling through their home system, ensuring their protection as they do. However, many players have thought that it is a good idea to dock on the corsair station while under fire from said corsairs.
So far I have 4 accounts of this happening, leading to 4 reports. I would rather not have this number increase if there was a way to avoid it.
If you disable Ciutadella Outpost, it also means anyone blockading the jumphole lose a close base to dock on in the event of an attack, which would mean a 2 hour death in a non-contested system - so it might be a fair balance.
