COMM-ID: Francisco Salazar
Subject: Zoner Warship in Omicron Alpha
Priority: High

Buenos dias,

The Citadella while on patrol in Omicron Alpha intercepted a Zoner Carrier by the name Velvet|BK-Nyx roughly 10 klicks from Malta. The Zoners complied with our orders and halted their vessel once approached. To our knowledge Maltese authorities were not notified about the ship's transit through the Nacion's sovereign space which would make this an act of trespassing. Following protocols the foreign warship was escorted out of Maltese space through the Alpha-37 corridor as with limited assets on the field there was no way to detain it.

During our escort of the vessel through Omicron Tau we were given information regarding their presence in our space. The person on the comms of the BK-Nyx has expressed concern with the rising hostilities of the MOA and their use of Freeport 10 in Tau-37. While under our escort they seemed willing to cooperate with Malta regarding the Maltese Opposition that have been using their station for harbor close to our sovereign space.

Once in Tau-37, we were joined by the "Bormida" of the Cadiz Cartel. Their initial reaction to the warship was to prepare for hostilities, but were briefed in time about the situation to avoid opening fire. The Zoner Carrier was escorted to the edge of the Bermejo Cloud before we returned to Malta's perimeter.

As of making of this report, the 5 million (5 000 000) credits fine issued on the carrier's standing commander is not paid yet.

En servicio de Malta,
Legionario Francisco Salazar.

Subject: T-37 Battle Report
Priority: High

Viva.

Yesterday, Cali alerted our headquarters in Malta that there was a buildup of Royals in Tau-23. Legionario Aquila was quick to rouse our forces, that comprised of our home squadron alongside the Citadella with Legionario Salazar commanding the overall assembled task-force. As we drew the line in Tau-37, some NO and a lone Crayter battleship appeared. The threat to our home was high and the order to dispose the Crayter battleship was given. Didn't took long. During its last moments, the Gauls arrived in system. Just in time to see what was coming to them.

Drawing their more mobile assets, gunboats and cruisers, our snubcraft squadron divided the battle and allowed our capital force to destroy their heavier opposition, the MRG running away, leaving their secondaries to die. In the end, two gunboats and a cruiser was all that remained and quickly made their way to Java. We managed to pin the last cruiser and destroyed in front of the miners. One MOA bomber appeared to help the Gauls, but quickly ran away.

We didn't suffered any casualties.

En servicio de Malta,
Legionario Maria de Santangelo.

COMM-ID: Eliza Valdez
Subject: Languedoc encounter 02/06/826
Priority: High

Buenos dias, legionarios,

Yesterday a routine recon patrol into Languedoc to asses the system's mining activity and defenses turned into a hostile encounter with some unexpected Gallic locals. While I had predicted that Guillestre's departure from Tau-23 would lessen the Royal Navy presence in the neighboring systems, I did not take into account that their absence would be soon replaced by Gallic criminals and rebels that took their place in Languedoc yesterday.

The operation started with legionario Chavez taking vanguard and heading into the Languedoc system while being considerable distance ahead of me. Our RV point was to be the vicinity of the Aveyron Nebula. Once I made my jump into Languedoc I noticed that Chavez was not responding to my transmissions so I notified our forces on Cali that backup could be needed. Following initial plan I proceeded to 4C where our rendezvous was to be.

Upon arrival I encountered legionario Chavez under attack by both the SBS (some branch of the Corse mafia) as well as the Maquis radicals. Given the situation I quickly engaged the Gallics to ease off the pressure on Chavez. Sadly we were outnumbered at least two or three to one. Thankfully my call for backup was answered and our own reinforcements were on their way, but a system away. Their numbers slowly burned out the hull integrity of Diego Chavez's Sabre and before our backup had arrived the Gallics managed to take him down. An interesting thing to note is the Liberty Rogue cruiser that was present at the engagement. The ship remained neutral in the conflict, but its very presence does raise some questions that the Rogues would obviously dodge.

Roughly two minutes after Chavez was taken out Pyros, Serpentes and Rojo arrived. The enemy forces quickly lost any formation and split into two - the Maquis that jumped to Tau-44 and the Corse that stayed in Languedoc. With their tactical disarray and our now numerical advantage we quickly cleaned them out one by one. From the encounter only two of their ships managed to escape - one Maquis and one SBS.

Chavez has been successfully recovered but will need a new ship. Damage to the rest of our ships is minimal. The assumption that Languedoc will be left unprotected was wrong and we should adjust to this mistake. I've attached ship logs to my report.

En servicio de Malta,
Legionario Eliza Valdez.

Subject: Support and Recon
Priority: Medium

Hola.

In the last deep recon into the Omicrons to check on our enemies positions, I encountered a zoner Whale, its captain a Jack Ryeko. After some convincing, he agreed to deliver a load of premium scrap to Valetta, which he did so.

As for the actual recon, Epsilon has become more dangerous. Lisbon was reactivated by the looks of it, so the Beta quadrant may bring more problems than it used to.

COMM-ID: Arturo "Muerte" Sforza
Subject: Busy day
Priority: High

Buenos dias,

Yesterday I, alongside the captain of "Candia" encountered an enemy of Malta. The Council. Two bombers to be precise. I gave my greetings and inquired as to what they are doing in our territory, they remained mostly silent. By the time of Candia's arrival, my patience had already been depleted and such, both of us moving in for an attack. Vermin scum should not be allowed in our Taus.

After reporting back to Omicron Alpha, I linked up with Capitano Lombardo of the Commerce Raider "Catania" and we departed towards Kusari. We met several co-operative transport pilots who paid up without issues, however, as always, we also ran into rather strange transport captains who were completely silent and refused to cooperate and as such, we took care of them.

En servicio de Malta,
Legionario
Arturo "Muerte" Sforza.
