Oh hell...

For some reason, my computer didn't open it using FL Mod Manager the first time and now I'm stuck with WinRAR opening it every time I try to download, and I have no idea how to change it.

Help?

Hit Open With when you right click on it. Then select the Mod manager.

So the modders, instead of making systems from scratch, make them from those system already made, by making a copy of the Discovery mod folder. So Igiss gets to keep names he has on them, and the placements. It makes making new systems easier for the modders.

Also with all the new systems already included each server can make an "Addon" pack that simply places those things in the system, thus using the base 4.81 mod with another mini-mod installed ontop of it. :D

Teaboy, those systems are there for a few reasons. Some may be intentional, and some may not have occurred to him at the time..

It shows that the galaxy is expanding, not be created. Also, it makes the system modder's job easier, since the system already exists, they just have to edit in content. The other is making it easier for Igiss to integrate those modded systems into the mod. He basically replaces the old files with the new. Instead of having to convert, add in more content from the mod, and integrate both my and Angel's system which probably use the same system numbers.

Exactly what dab said, it makes for an excellent guidance.. and quite frankly I like the idea of having vast amounts of empty space to wander around in... Not every corner of space should be colonized! :D Besides I'm sure some of these systems are atleast populated by nebulas and whatnot (I hope) and even if they aren't it would still be good for clans to go out to these unknown areas and practice combat manuvers ect.. bla bla bla.. lol

Just a small suggestion: i was wandering if in this newer version the BH ship, the Hammerhead, could be upgraded just a little.

4 of the class9 into class10
a little more energy to handle the class10
maybe 3 to 4 thousand armour points added
maybe 20 more SB/NB
and a increase in its price just to make it fair

i just feel a little outclassed in a fight even though it it is the "best" fighter they have to offer
