Before I address the matter at hand, I have one notion I wish to bring forward.

Alien research of any kind done by the Order is unacceptable. We do not tolerate malefactors and neo-luddites, who would actively destroy scientific sites and information so recklessly and without cause. We cannot in good conscience agree to share the mantle of responsibility with half-wits, and we are quite surprised that even after all this time and all evidence brought forward of their idiocy and treachery, that an organization as astute as the Lane Hackers would even consider them to be viable candidates for anything other than cannon fodder. It's quite worrisome, in fact.

Evidence

Above is record of a deal our operatives monitored from start to finish between the IRG and the Order. It's implied they placed an order for said cells, without a doubt purchased through the very means which you detest. While I cannot say for certain without burrowing through a myriad of records to confirm it, I do believe there are several instances of similar cooperation documented in history. It puts into question the authenticity behind the 'official' report. Turning on a business partner can take on many faces, Wolfgang. False flag operations are not out of the question, and it's certainly not something I would put past them. All evidence of their warmongering shows they too utilize their research efforts for self-enrichment. Power and greed control them.

With this in mind, we are at an impasse. If you truly believe we have the expertise and motives, then I see no issue in the Lane Hackers denouncing The Order so we may fully conduct our duty without delay and without worry that our neighbors might hold the greatest enemy to our cause on such a pedestal. Such an idea makes it difficult to conduct an open investigation, as we cannot have their involvement in any way. I would not call our involvement us having a vested interest in terminating an organization. Contain on the other hand, yes. There is due process which must be done.

I have been elected by my peers to handle this matter, and an investigation can be launched forthwith. These claims of self-enrichment through illicit technological or scientific means are not ones we take lightly. There is no immunity in these cases. No exceptions. Agents will be dispatched to various locations belonging to the IRG where cooperation is to be expected as we sift through their records, files and labs first hand.

At the same time, we will also be investigating your sources. Impartiality includes covering everybody. Please provide all evidence you have pertaining to the Ingenuus Research Group working with House parties, utilizing alien material illicitly for the purpose of self-enrichment and anything else you may consider relevant. Provide your sources. Once the investigation is completed, ZS will determine if a tribunal on the matter is required and their findings will be provided in document form.

Before this is done - Before I even lift a finger and instruct my agents, the condition of our total cooperation in this and future matters will be dependent on your stance with The Order.
