Bug: Reverse speed on Spatial is -15 m/s

Patch note's are saying that the reverse speed should be -40 m/s and it's only showing as -15 m/s.
I currently have a Class 2 Engine mounted due to not being able to buy Class 4 engine's anywhere.
- Balance: Spatial, Osprey, and Plier reverse speed increased to 40 m/s
- Added SHF engines
You need to mount a Class 4 engine. -Xalrok

Someone messed up badly and added a zero too many to the ore drop quantity. I heard this is a FLHook config error. Currently getting around 260 units per shot on a Samura Anki.
