Regarding LEOs, AFC normally raced in grey areas. Factions that had jurisdiction did not always agree with that, but it was just part of doing business.

Technically, that is inRP, so, how it plays out is a matter of those factions.

One other thing to mention is that AFC racing prohibited armor.

Also folks, with shipname at the beginning it was meant what name you gave ur racingship (ofc the actual shipname also works). Like as example I branded my Mistral Noir the "Black Panther"
