While securing our trade routes through Omicron Tau to Tau 37 "Valladolid" encountered a Gallic "Valor"-class battleship. A rare sight in our space indeed. It appears that the Gauls start to use systems under partial control of other factions to get closer to Maltese core systems. Our demands to leave the system were met with typical Gallic arrogance and clear determination to fight and win a Maltese in our home space. We proved them wrong. Viva Malta!
We need to convey this report to el Consejo Nacional so that more warships are deployed for the protection of Omicron Tau lest we want such incidents to repeat themselves.

After short conversation I was invited by its captain to join the Cardamine convoy heading to the Liberty. The Hacker said he knew the place to sell Cardamine without risking being caught. The facility in question is located in [REDACTED] system and serve as regional black market, selling Cardamine, Slaves, Black Market Arms and Munitions, etc.

During a Patrol in Tau 37 i came across a hostile base, which should be in violations of §4.3.1 and §4.2 of the Laws of Malta, due to its hostile defense system attitude towards me as the representative of la Nacion de Malta.
The Name of the base was "Fort Siloso", I couldn't detect any vessels near it, that would indicate which faction built that station there. Due to being close to Omicron Tau and the violation of maltese laws, it should be removed. It has some weapon plattforms and looks well guarded, so it would be in our interest to contact the National Council about this installation too. Beside that there's nothing to report for now.

Today there were reports about some suspicious gallic movements in the Orkney system,so i went there to have a look. I wasn't able to detect the reason for the increased activity in the system. However i came across two stations, thus we should keep an eye on the system until we are aware what's going on here. Dounby Station could be a good operation base and we could assist and then strengthen our alliance with the Brigands there.

While watching the traffic around Malta, i got contacted by a Molly ship with the call sign „Golden.Runner“. We exchanged some words, which brought up a topic which i have discuss with Senor Christobal Escudero or the don himself. The captains name was Lauren O'Hagan. After some time, she proposed a cardamine run, in which i happily participated as her escort. We began traveling through the Taus, where she asked some questions about our cartel, which i answered her. Told her some parts of our goals, which impressed her quite. In California we came across some bounty hunters which were quickly destroyed and we continued the journey. After some time we arrived at New York Buffalo Base. There is disturbing news about the facility in Tau 37 that has been previously mapped but we had no clue about. The so called "Corsica Outer Rim" or whatever automatic ID we pick up from, was presumed to be of Maltese origins. Because of that, even despite it is not known to be registered with el Consejo Nacional as a legitimate installation in Maltese sphere of influence, we presumed it to be just a mistake of the bureaucratic apparatus. However, we decided to keep an eye on it in case of unexpected developments. Today I prove to you, esteemed colleagues, that this monitoring was not in vain.
During our regular patrol over Tau 37 system we picked up the signatures of a Coalition transport filled with Industrial Hardware. Given the direction of its movement, the ship was clearly going for Corsica Outer Rim. The cargo indicates that it is presumably to supply the the facility. We still have no idea who is the owner of the base but if they work with the Coalition, los diablos that sabotaged "Hispania" herself, they are no friends of Malta.
With this regard, as Adelantado I call upon the following measures:
Whoever the owner is, even if Maltese, wheelings and dealings with the Coalition are already a reason to consider them hostiles. If el Consejo Nacional does not take actions upon this matter, and if we do not discover the owner in the nearest future, we will have to perform our duty to Malta and destroy the facility. I will also contact la Legion Maltesa for this matter. For now, though, I would still like to know who is the owner as this matter is disturbing. Below is attached the log of interaction with the Coalition transport.

- station a wing of interceptors at Freeport 10 to scramble any possible Coalition transports in the area;
- continue periodic monitoring of the aforementioned facility, scramble any non-friendly ship trying to dock with the facility;
- keep a battlegroup of heavy ships at Genoa to quickly react to any possible larger threat, and, possibly, for decommissioning the facility.

Today one of our vessel was heavily damaged near Estremadura Base. Commercial supertransport "Barranquilla" was stoped to chat with one of the Maltese Opposition member, orbiting planet Solelad, by his demand. As blackbox's logs shows - "Falcon", that's was the name of the vessel, threated our pilot, demanding him to stop "promoting Cardamine and killing people for our income". Our security warship "Bormida" tried to interrupt him, but after a brief conversation, the battle has started. During the attack, "Barranquilla" was put out of action. The captain of the vessel has been killed, but it is possible to repair the ship and return it to service. Now "Barranquilla" is docked with Venice Shipyard for required repairs.
Due to it, I'm, as the administrator of the station, want to announce: all MOA ships, found within 15K from the station, should be departed immideatly. Everything else will be decided by high command, now it's nothing but a mere precautionary measure.
