Hey, I for one, did NOT bash Rheinland.. So no getting mad at me.
Though the prison story might seem like I was making Rheinland weak, I DID give the Bundschuh 24 Stilettos led by a Sabre. 24 ships for a single prison surrounded by 6 weapons platforms.
So ha. :P
Now about that Rheinland was weak thing... Look at the amount of pirates in Rheinland people. If Bretonia or Kusari, even Liberty had that many they would be dead. Rheinland is strong enough to keep all their pirates at bay, while still creating lots of battleships. I'd say thats pretty strong there.
Now about Bundschuh having nothing to do.. Rheinland is still under a military dictatorship at the moment. Chancellor gone, government led by two admirals.. Still oppressive. Also, I believe the Bundschuh state they want Democracy in Rheinland. Even with the Chancellor thats a Monarchy.. I'd say we've got plenty to do.
BTW, those vinyls on my Sabre actually do have a point. But it will come later, as I build up the character.

Well if you did that, we'd ask for BH hammerheads to be upgraded (theyre lvl 9 :angry: AHHHH :crazy: ) to Mantas with 4 DB's and 2 Tizonas. But then we'd all be asking for upgrades wouldnt we. I doubt anyone will get an upgrade so your swimming in air there Kane. is that even a real analogy??

NPCs don't use codenames, besides whats wrong with asking?
Doesn't automatically mean we're gonna get them upgraded. Because then new players wouldn't be able to take on the NPCs without a maxed out VHF.

I agree with making SOME MkII police ships, but make them a slightly rare occurrence. Just around major planets, such as Manhatten, New Berlin, Leeds, Hamburg, Honshu, Junyo, etc. The main planets of each system get a 10% or so chance of MkII police fighters.

i suppose some NPC mantas would be alright however no codenames or tizonas on them because they are corsair weapons so what would bounty hunters have them, not exactly RP i think.
