well as you know the tournament is still an InRP thing:P
So I can see like 10 different LNS teams and another 2 RNC teams as well as GAZILLLLLIONS of harvester teams competing for the title of the no.1 cap whore pwnzors.

great - really great... now you make such a competition, - right after i have turned the -persephone-II- into a pirate transport and brought it to livadia shipyards.

Well as I am part of no faction I'd say it is open to anyone with a cap. The teams would have to be NPC faction specific but the rest is just guys getting together and having fun.
When would everyone want to do this? Seems it would be quite the event to even just see let alone fight in. Good thing is, because they are cap fights, they will be short so we could do one round at a time.
