Good day, this will be a report about 3 instances, each will be listed below:

First incident:
I'd like to bring a junker vessel, |\/|-Vulcan to the LPI's attention, again.
These so called "Volcatic" Junkers are starting to become more and more active, and they are definitely up to no good. While they make you seem like they are generic junkers, they are probably just trying to fool you, these appear to be smarter than they appear at first.
|\/|-Vulcan, the pilot of the vessel decided to engage me while fellow Liberty forces and John Silverstone were engaged with Lane Hackers, and after a brief skirmish, it disengaged, claiming it was a "blood-rush", and I left it at that.
However another vessel, |\/|-Village.of.Scrap showed up, sadly I was busy at first with Vulcan, and couldn't scan the vessel, because I went to assist the others engaged from afar.

To be honest, Vulcan has already enough on him to be arrested, however for now I'll share all I have on them to the LPI, I highly recommend that the LPI starts an investigation on these junkers.

Second incident:
Now onto the second case, I'll keep this one short, a freelancer, Valy, decided to assist the Hackers that showed up, and assisted them, when the Hacker cowards left, they left the freelancer as well, we've chased it as far as Rochester, where the vessel is docked at the moment.

After the previous 2 has been "dealt with", we found a Pirate Train, The.Freedom.Freighter, who doesn't have his/her ship licensed, thus was put out of action by LNS-Canberra, and Omega-12, while I was still searching the Neural Net for that license.

This is Lieutenant Jeremiah Sawyer of the Liberty Navy First Fleet

Good day, it seems that these Volcatic junkers just love to draw my and the LPI's attention, in a bad meaning of course, let me explain.
I was on patrol in Liberty, when we've got a distress call from |\/|-The.Black.Liner, I've went to investigate, but Officer Andrew Wilson (I assume he is the owner of the Phaser, if not, correct me on that one), decided to go back to Manhattan, while cloaked, because the whole distress call was rather weird.

Oh and it was, Andrew found a transport, |\/|-"Peach.Porrige" carrying 4205 units of artifacts.
The vessel was apprehended, however here is the interesting thing, and I'd like if the LPI would investigate this situation, proof is the visual footage, and the video recording of Officer Andrew, let me explain.

|\/|-The.Black.Liner has docked at Manhattan, while it was near the transport, and just a bit after that, I scanned the transport, and found only 342 units of artifacts left instead of the 4205, and I didn't detect any artifacts ejected. Shortly after this, the vessel has dropped the remaining 342 and destroyed it, claiming that was all 4205 units, but it was not according my evidence.
Please review my footage, and Andrew's video recording and find out if my assumption, that the transport and the Liner has made a cargo exchange is correct, or not.
I'll provide the comms log as well.
I've highlighted the logs when the Liner docked, and I noticed the 342 units.

UPDATE: I've included a photo of Kyle's claim that the Black Liner doesn't have enough space, well, I'll let the LPI decide whether it is enough proof or not, since it was taken on Manhattan, and only shows the cargo space.

Did I witness the murder of a Junker life pod that was located where? In a Nephilim Capital Ship. Broken IFF too. This only proves that you have no attention to warships, but you do have on random Junkers - and probably turn a blind eye when we get murdered in cold blood. I'm pissed. Very pissed. Good day, this report will include 2 incidents, each one will be listed below.
Note: I'd like to apologize for the lack of some of the necessary format in my previous report, I'll try not to do the same with this one.


First incident:

While I was near Manhattan, an Atlantis, SDF-Macross_Police, undocked from Newark.
The transponder of the vessel showed up as Crayter Republic, while the vessel cleary carried Liberty Navy ID papers.
The vessel was carrying cardamine for some reason, first, I'm aware that Liberty forces can carry contraband for the reason of evidence, but the CO of the vessel claimed that they are "experimenting" with the drugs, and said they can't elaborate on the matter because it is classified by their Battlegroup ("Space Defense Fortress"), which quite frankly sounds...questionable.
The real reason for this report however, the vessel has opened fire on me several times. While my vessel didn't sustain any damage, it is still rather alarming that the vessel was casually shooting different weapons at me for no reason, later the CO of the vessel claimed their weapons were "malfunctioning", but I find it rather hard to believe.

Second incident:

It seems I've found the Zoner Colony ship "Vulcan"#0001 has mentioned, Waldi.
I've found the vessel near Ft. Bush, carrying Junker pilots for no reason, he has gone as far as shooting one of them after he ejected him/her.
I've kept the vessel near Ft. Bush until reinforcements arrived, LPI-SWAT-San.Quentin, 5th|LNS-New.York, to deal with the vessel.
I'd like to note, and the one reviewing this report will see soon enough, that the CO of the vessel "wanted a fight", yes, it seems the CO of the vessel is rather...crazy.
The vessel was eventually taken down, however the LNS-New York has sustained serious damage, but it wasn't disabled.

My name is Rester Morning, escort pilot for Universal Shipping (callsign Escort.Red.03). I was in orbit over Manhattan, New York, earlier, when a Hogosha vessel by the name of Buruhonetto appeared on my sensors. It approached the mooring fixture over the planet at breakneck speed, so I thought I might take a quick glance. Scans revealed a cargo hold filled to the brim with artifacts (see scanner readout). Sadly, my ship is only equipped with lowrange cargo scanners, so I had mere seconds before the transport docked, and I was unable to scan the rest of the ship. However, the captain of the Liberty Navy battlecruiser electro.fisher will be able to confirm my report.

Hello. This is Freelancer Gideon Argon. In recent times I heard rumors about corrupted liberty navy capital ships like SDF-Macros.Police in Liberty Space. Concerned with it, I took notice of ship LNS-Justice, which had an unusual quantity of slaves on board. He was followed by LN officer Korben_Dallas, which I can presume working with him in a team. LNS-Justice didn't answer me where slaves were acquired, but after being told to be reported to police, he released them on Police Harrisburg Station. Perhaps some questions should be asked to him, as I fear some foul play possible to be here.
