Lesser transports have less space for batteries, but are more dodgy and strong. I think it's okay as it is now. RE: Transport Cloak - JonasHudson - 08-13-2019 The MK III cloak is actually a wicked cloak. Yes, you do need to balance your own cargo vs. fuel situation. It was always like that though, if we still used mox you'd still get more time per more cargo used up to a max. But these are not so you can cloak trade easily everywhere. You can use them to smuggle small amounts of valuable cargo, and you can always leave half your fuel empty for extra space. They're also great for piracy if you use them on the right ship. If you want to use one for sneaking by places, or escape, they're great, but it would end trading if everyone could mount this cloak on their 3600 k'er and cloak for whole trips while hauling cargo. But if you sacrifice some cargo, you get your upper edge. But I wouldn't mind it if they added a new division for the Medium Cloaks, which consume just like small ones. If they consumed at 2/s instead of 4, they'd be more useful again. Seems fair, small cloak burns at 4/s, medium at 2/s, large at 1/s. Many times I use one of my ships with one, I'll only ever take enough batteries for an escape, so I can use the cargo for other things. 300 batteries is 5 minutes, with only 20s charge time. Thats perfect for getting by a hostile jumpgate or lane across a hostile system. Remember batteries are on every base.
