No, it is already a pain in the butt to buy and haul all the necessary stuff, especially things that cost more than one cargo space. Heavier prices would be just annoying.

Idea of it, because freelancer has 2 bil limit per character, economic cant follow player-driven inflation of money. So denomination suppose to return prices and money to small numbers, giving to eco dev place for further economical balance without fear that we will crash game.

Well about pobs i of course meant as well decrease amounts of commodities amounts. I just still not did post yet, where i will elaborate idea Big Grin.

I like the idea of of one commodity instead of F/W/O, like "base supply crates". Would pay more for that.
PS: Would also vote for a reduction of the ammount needed. 200 Crew eating 400 F/W/O per day? Seems quite the risk for obesity.

Better to overhaul the trade and economy systems/mechanics.

Edit: I would support an additional commodity of "POB Supply Crate" or whatever, at a higher price but better convenience... seems interesting.

I like the idea of a new commodity for POBs that replaces the ridiculously high amount of FWO. Since the amount of RA that the POBs need has thankfully been nerfed, it is time to reduce the rest, too.
Could be those afore mentioned "base supply crates", with a description like "contains all your base needs, oxygen-containers, several different food items, clean water and fresh underpants". Instead of 2 x crew-count per day of FWO each, POBs could use up 2 x crew-count of those instead. Buyable everywhere where you find RA, too.
PS: could be priced like RA, too, that means 250 Cr/unit.

The idea in itself is good. I reckon the 2 billion limit is an issue to many players (not my case though). If possible to implement, it would not negatively impact anything or anyone.

As for talks about inflation?! What inflation are you dreaming of? The economy is static, nothing devalues in time and is not dependent on any action you do. There is no inflation in this game, unless someone starts creating it (manually, script or otherwise).

When we buy some equip, like ships or guns and armor, there is devaluation of the value ... about 1/3 of the original value i think ... isn't it possible to do something like that in a commodity? there are the sirius credits cards .. what a about something like that but when you buy it, the value devalues to the 1/3? take it easy ok? read untill the end! so we buy 1 item that cost 1 M and after it, it value is about 300K! and when someone whant their credits back, in full,ask one admin that want to sell, for example 300 items, and the admin takes those 300 items and gives him the credits! of course with a small fee. Or one sell point that buys that item at the original value, on Conn system for example. This will allow people to have fewer bank ships, and less accounts.
