I wonder how this belief that we don't want to encounter RHA came about. Hessian players seem quite adamant in this. I don't see this in UN discord and I blat down on it when I can.
Sometimes narratives (UN doesn't want to foster encounters) are pushed by repetition in discord channels without substantiation. They can become disenfranchised from what is physically occuring ingame. That's okay - this is why we've got the forums to enable different parts of the community to discuss these perspectives.
I sometimes have to log off because of a busy and unpredictable schedule and simply can't commit to a fight. Instead I'll fly to a base and log off. If you're playing exclusively RHA it might appear that I'm doing this intentionally. No. I'm currently involved in advocating for the Hessians to have more bases. Sometimes I just can't fight when I need to be out the door in five minutes. I won't disrespect you by AFKing mid encounter. I can imagine from the other end of the playerlist if you've flown into the system I'm in to engage me, it's going to be annoying to see me log off. I will do my best to give you an encounter, but life will inexorably come first.
You can also join UN if you want to see more Unioners ingame, or make a Unioner Indie. We'd love to fly with you.
Regarding in-Rheinland activity, we have plenty of opportunities for it. All the piracy I engage in happens within house Rheinland. This is about in-omegas synergy, which appears to be a fairly raid-free zone, and not by design (it's designed to be a conflict-rich environment).

It's almost funny how you pretend that the fr5 by the Corsairs never happened. You really should do something in favour of the Corsairs first before asking for ID line changes. But nvm you'll probably get it anyways when you stomp loud enough on the floor with your feet.

Ever considered PMing RHA with something like:
"Hey we gonna enter Omegas for a raid."
This could also happen the other way, where RHA comes into Bering. It is an announced raid where both parties agree to the engagement ruleset regardless of what the ID says. It doesn't break any rules since no ID (except Nomad ID) prevents the player from leaving their ZOI.

Because that's how hessians get things done. Yeah sadly this community functions on double standards so UN can stamp all they want.

As one of the Coalition Players, who wants to interact with the players of different factions, I want to say that it will be nice to see more PvP interactions in Omegas or in Rheinland space. But the main problem of Coaliiton Playerbase is quite simple.The playerbase is divided into a differend groups and not all of this groups staying alive and communicate within the other Coalition groups.
