Only odd thing I know personally is the federalist restart [RhMND] which places you on Battleship Strausberg, New Berlin which is hostile to you instead of Battleship Bayern, Thuringia.

Indeed, considering that my version of RhMND has that fixed. Means either I didn't submit it to Game Masters or they have missed it.
