I'm getting some real 'Heavy Gunboat' or 'Cruiser' vibes off of this one. Nothing about the design says 'commercial' to me, let alone 'passenger'. It'd be a damned sexy warship, though.

This is emblematic of an aesthetic problem that Rheinland has. Pretty much everything has the vibe of "heavy industry" or "military surplus," thus making dedicated pleasure craft a somewhat difficult endeavor to nail, since Rheinland operates on an almost religiously utilitarian basis.
I could see the sides of the main body having rather large windows, were they not circular. Circles with Rheinland seem to start and end at engine compartments. Large, rectangular windows would probably be more "Rhein" than circular windows. Something else that may affect the "warship"-ness of it all might be the recessed windows in the front, as well as the shape of the entire front segment, the shape is reminiscent of both Rheinland snubcraft, and bunkers.

You may guess where do you get the GB and cruiser vibes from, right? Well, this ship consists exactly from 1.2 gunboats (upscaled) and 1.5 cruisers.

First 2/3 of ship may pass for a luxury ship with some more windows and some cheerfoul colors,but end of ship/engines not fit at all.

I find the idea of a frumpy old passenger transport a bit more compelling than a Democritus with a different diamond-studded skin-suit. Have you seen old, battered, roll-on-roll-off car ferries?
There's certainly a niche in Rheinland for a low-wealth civilian passenger ship.
