A squadron, and a wing, aren't the same thing.
There's doubtfully something named the capital ship corp. A unit cannot possibly rely entirely on capital vessel...

ill join you in this little bomber wing with one exception...
i get to be 2nd in command of the wing, aint much but i prefer too have the dogs under my command, untill you arrive that is.
Rheinland or Liberty i dont care, and Tbh rheinland will probaly need more pilots than Liberty anyways soo....

well taking Benitez, the [NGS] and the Harvesters commander whilst higher ranking members arent online, and taking them into battle, then yeah i would say i would meet the requirements, and weed u should join mate, would be a laugh considering we go around using our Bombers on our Dragon chars.
