I arranged events in 47 twice. i can help to arrange the event or sort of.

The Imperial Coup, which this event represents, has nothing to do with the Hessians directly. The Hessians do stuff, but elsewhere.
Again, O47 event is a possibility if we have time.

Hessians take advantage of the civil war, but not yet. For now, it's being kept simple, as introducing the Hessians yet would turn it into a three-way battle instead of a two-way.

It would still be a two-way battle where two major centers of power face off in a stand-off to define already defined future of Rheinland. Just in case of such events unfold - and that's exactly what's happening - they'd support Bundschuh and, by extention of this - federal government (which is imperfect but still better than Imperial regime. Looking at you 80-years war.)
