Order Carrier - MB52 - 03-17-2009
Indeed, the Atlantis does have a few issues when in pvp (as it is a RP platform above all else)
As for the order carrier, I can't see a big problem with giving it a BS shield. I mean... its shields will stay up longer, but once they go down it will crack easily.... it wont be much a match for Battleships, but.. against other cruisers/bombers it will have more survivability.
