Its my opinon that everyone deserves a second chance in life. This is a game and people do grow up overtime. If something like this was considered then it would need to be held on a case by case basis. Something we already have and its the appeal system. If a banned player wants to come back like Exodite did recently. he can appeal.

I didn't vote for a reason, but I can say, appeals work individually, from case to case and the applicant can still permabanned by GMs words "We don't want you on this server". Doesn't matter, for reason or not. Appeals don't serve as unban warranty.

remember when the green admins said that they were going to give people a clean slate and like 8 seconds later a little thread called "A Heavy Decision" happened

I generally think that the punishment system in disco requires serious reforms. It's not been changing for a very long time, for example, we happen to cut death timers in systems to 1 hour/30 minute now, considering the number of players and interactions that are still happening.

Indefinite bans for people that are not cheaters should not be a thing in general. Appeal cooldown should be cut down to 3 months or so.

A for a full pardon, I support with an exception of people who were banned for cheating.

And why the man who posted above me is STILL on probation?

Imagine being a dev but on probation

Anyone who cared enough to be unbanned would of either requested it or made an alt

All the others have probably moved on and forgotten about disco.

Being a dev is the punishment.

Abstained, but I would like to point out to everyone saying 'second chances' that I highly doubt permaban is done on a first offense, these people most likely had several chances before it came to this.
If I'm wrong on that, then ye by all means.
