During the great siege of London POBs time, I saw those guys, and some of them were taxing traders and running away from Bretonia law enforcers. They were fun, and I used to hire mercenaries to clear the way by hunting them lol - one of them used to block the gate to Omega-3 when it was Nottingham for a while ^^ , coming from Cambridge... That white scary cloudy nebula. They were nice RP and good pvp.
I can see that it is archived and decisions were made, but I wasn't here and just saw it now, and I think since you asked for the feedback, then I would like to give a nice group reviving a dead faction a thumbs up and my support.

Yes. The 500 million gets you on the Tracker and is part of your Officialdom Request (this is refundable if successful).
