Sorry to see you go. I have found you a thoroughly enjoyable player, and my interactions both in-game and in-forums/Discord positive, uplifting and thoughtful. I certainly am sad about this, Xenon. You will be missed.

And you called the volunteering staff "volunteering" as if they are the only ones volunteering, and the only ones investing any effort into discovery.
They aren't.
They are just the anointed few who are given a yellow name following an obscure and lengthy recruitment process, which very much looks like it aims at nothing else than making double sure the new guys don't make the old guys look bad by *gasp* possibly doing anything better than them.
