I'm pretty sure you can say weed considering we had an admin a while back whose entire character was based around smoking weed and taking tokes and general stoner things.

I doubt that weeb weed works well for inspiration, tbh. I had moments when after coffee after midnight I could spend all night in drawing or doing something useful but after the single time when I tried weed... Well, I can say that I had no inspiration but a close meeting with White Throne (aka toilet). Perhaps just weed was bad, idk
However, I doubt that any kind of weed, alcohol, drugs and other stuff is helping to have inspiration for long. They have quite a short effect and doesn't suit for long-term projects

Totally, whether weed improves your inspiration or kills it depends on 2 factors:
THC to CBD ratio.
More THC and less CBD stuns your mind, you just sit around brain dead
More CBD and less THC improves creativty
Mood:
If you're not in a creative mood to begin with, weed probably won't help, but if you're in the right mood, you can create some interesting things you won't think of while sober.
