well seeing as how jakes characters all not corsair, i don't think he was using del cids....
but, i hate people that stand by and idle near the battle, increasing the lag. although,i can't seem to remember ever engaging them because they were just there.

I don't see a problem with someone who can control themselves and not jump into my fight, I myself find it quite entertaining to spectate a battle.
By the by, if you do happen to get shot at as a spectator, it's their (the shooter) loss, now they have another enemy.
