Just curious, are the objects supposed to be repairing from this commodity like a POB?

It says 'if' the units are moved, but the bases are already there and already [seemingly] destructible spawn points. So what happens if the first quota is met? If they are supposed to be repairing, it doesn't seem they are. Or... it means they get their 200 mil hp to go on and the drive is to deliver the cargo before it falls?

Also does this mean that they are directly engage-able by the ID's involved? Is forum RP and an attack dec required? Are there any rules around them?

The bases currently can't be harmed. They will be made vulnerable if the first 500,000 units are delivered. If not, they'll be removed. Run by and give them a shot, you'll see the full bar. Full disclosure, I was hoping the "incomplete" look would lend itself to the creation part of Phase 1, and no dec will be needed to attack during Phase 2.

Update


As a result of massive logistical operations organized by both sides in spite of continuous combat threats, Point Clausewitz and Point Steuben have been properly supplied with material to support heavy defense assets for the Imperialist invasion. However, construction continues to lessen the need for such over watch. The Imperialists have called on clandestine support from the Kingdom of Bretonia, which will turn a blind eye to the purchase and shipment of additional excess materials stockpiled in Omega-3. The Federalists, scraping the bottoms of their own barrels, have secured additional materials from contacts in Liberty who have stockpiled what they can on Planet Houston.

Combat assets for both sides expect operation instructions in the coming days.

End of Phase One

  • Point Clausewitz and Point Steuben have successfully been supplied with over 750,000 units of their respective commodities.
  • Forward Operation Components will continue to be moved for profit from Planet Sprague in Omega-3 to Point Clausewitz in Frankfurt.
  • Reinforced Station Components will continue to be moved for profit from Planet Houston in Texas to Point Steuben in Thuringia.

Phase Two


With preparations complete, the Imperialists prepare for their final assault on Fortress Thuringia. The Federalists opposing them wait for the blow to come while deciding whether to brace behind their defenses or sally out to meet their opponents on what they claim to be their own turf. Either way, little sleep will be had tonight as Admiral Clausewitz and his counterpart, von Steuben, contemplate the fates of the forward operations points bearing their names. Should one fall, it would put its respective fleet at a significant disadvantage and possibly turn the tide of the operation. Both militaries have called on their elite heavy support and fighter assets to protect their footholds no matter the cost.

Details

  • Imperialists and Federalists will clash in Thuringia and Frankfurt , primarily around the jump hole between them and out to their respective forward operating bases, with no PVP death timer in effect during Phase Two.
  • Forward operating bases will be vulnerable. If destroyed, an essential docking and resupply hub will be lost.
  • All other PVP rules are in effect.
