BAF Required to Multifaction - Drake - 03-28-2009
I'm very picky about what factions I join, and if the SCRA didn't count, I would leave the BAF before being forced to join one of those others. They either don't interest me or don't live up to my (admittedly very high) standards. If any of them need more members, it's their job to find and recruit them.
Forcing people to multifaction is as bad as banning people from multifactioning. Let people play what they want, don't force it upon them.

I asked people to, and nobody did.
SCRA counts, and also, if people have a good reason not to join one, they can tell me about it here.
I think this is important, I lead BAF, and I want this to happen.
More importantly, if nobody listens to me, why do I bother?

Yeah uh I have 5 characters already and I find it hard enough to balance my play time for them. No room for another one. If I made one, it would just sit around and never get used, and would probably be badly RP'd, since I'm all out of ideas for new characters. Sorry. I'll fly my RHA in omega 3 and you can come and kill it once if you want. Is that enough?

I would suggest that pirates in Omega 3 count.
I would also suggest that BAF patrol Omega 3.

with all due respect i can't make more characters right now. not with school starting again on monday.
as far as broadening my horizon, i have 2 freelancers, a trader, BAF, and counsil, any broader and i would need my own zip code. And this is not counting all the other chars i made and deleted over time.
please let me know.
EDIT: for the record, my most used char is not my BAF.

Suggestions are one thing, but you have no control over whether or not someone follows your suggestions. They shouldn't be required to. You have the right to order people around and be listened to when it comes to the BAF, but ordering people to join another faction is going to far.
Kiretsu and the BPA are friendly/allied with the BAF, why are they on the list? Somewhat different RPs, but the same enemies.
Many people have many different independents for their 'broadened horizon' without having to join multiple player factions.
Despite being exempt due to my SCRA membership, I'm arguing on principle.
