That new law change about aesthetically pleasing pobs is something I definitely appreciate, rewarding people to put in a station that fits into the game better.
But how does it work?
Is it a refund?
Do you request it with construction?
How do people show it off before construction then?

You just put in some sort of message in your POB license thread to discuss it. You can give screenshots of those models from GM thread. It's flat 50% discount on ongoing license fees. We haven't really gone through how to implement it but once the first request goes through, maybe we will figure it out for future.

Used to be any solar object such as stations, trade lane, planet, etc.
