Roster updated.
Due to shortages in registration, we're going to pull this event forward a week to the 20th to give more time for people to make plans. There are still plenty of slots open in both the snub and cap list. If the snub fight still lags behind, we'll drop it in favor of the cap fight, and then arrange a snub fight at another date.
