Steiner literally wants to die in this mission. Man could've fired at that cover from a few kilometers away. In any case, I might have to bother myself sometime to replay this mission to perfection, but after 48 minutes of trying and failing I was fine with completing the mission as is.
Go to 8:03 and watch. Do it. Trust me.

I actually have the original disks and installed the game through them. Cant think of any other legal way of getting the game nowadays.
You might have to go pirating.

Much like Freelancer, Starlancer appears to be abandonware, not being officially published or supported by Microsoft anymore. Meaning, you have to download it from places like this or buy secondhand copies.
