Hello, Ladies and Gentlemen of the Kusari License Office.

My name is Dr. Sonja Wilke, I am a Psychologist that works for Med Force Enterprises. Today I was on the way to a Patient on Planet Kurile and made a Stop on Planet New Tokyo to deliver some Needed Supplies to a Free Clinic there. In space, I have Run into a KSP Patrol that informed me that the Cloaking Device I use for my Safety in the Borderworlds is Iligal in Kusari. I don't have any Bad intentions but a lot of my Patients Live in the Borderworlds and my ship is Pretty Small, to be unseen has saved my life Countless times in the Past. But I also have to Visit Kusari from time to time to Buy Medicine or other Supplies that are needed to help my Patients. The KSP Officers told me that I could ask for a License to Carry the Cloaking Device within Kusaris Borders. I am a Peaceful Doctor and I am Bound to the Oath of Hippocrates, will send over the Requested Formularitys so that you can see this for yourself. MFE is a Neutral Humanitarian Organisation that only wants to help those in need.

It has been some time since I have submitted a license to legally operate my hyperspace equipment in your beautiful House. I am here again to request additional licensing for equipment that is not listed in your forms. The use of a Hyperspace Beacon is paramount for my company, allowing my Bustard to jump between our own Starflier ships. Since it is not mentioned at all on your sheets, barring it not being included with the Jump Drive license, how would I request all ships flying under the Starfliers to be granted legal use of this particular equipment?

According to the information accessible to the License Directory, already the implementation of a legal route to operate jump-drive equipment for outsiders was a huge challenge. In accordance to the agreement between the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Economy & Industry, the operation of hyperspace beacons remains a privilege solely for Kusari's law enforcement units.
We shall give you the possibility to understand the reasoning behind this by listing the - to us - accessible explanations provided by the Ministries:
  • Hyperspace Beacons can be hijacked by third-parties.
  • Hyperspace Beacons permit for extreme precision in jumps. This is reserved to Kusari authorities.
  • Generally, legal usage of jump-drive equipment does not exclude using a hyperspace beacon outside Kusari space. Merely the usage of such beacons within Kusari space will not be permitted.

My name is Rei Dobashi, appointed Administrator at the All Worlds Enterprises base near Deshima Station in Shikoku.

My communication today is to apply for changes under predecessors' base license which allowed construction in the Deshima Free Development Area as well as approval of any weapons installations as required.

As part of my assumed duties with this command, I'm updating some obsolete entries from changes unfortunately not communicated to appropriate parties.

One of these such changes exists in the Kusari Government public registries, namely for our station and it's associated supply vessels. I've outlined them below:

    • or ideally, if possible, AWES- Interspace Commerce [No restrictions] for easier assistance of all Kusari legal modular stations when required.
  • Remove CaptainSimpson - Freelancer [All Worlds Enterprises], whom is no longer supplying our operations but has more an internal administrative role
