I have a lot of favorites, for various reasons, in various classes, but if I had to pick one ship that just absolutely fills me with joy every time I fly it, the answer is easy:

All of the ships, The reason i started playing discovery in the first place was the reason the ships feel like advanced version of vanila and not some ships from other space game/themes like starwars ETC
DIscovery ships defenitly feel like advanced ships through the years based on old ships.

The Eagle. Still a good ship, not the best but ok, and brings back good memories from the time that i played the original game.
