It was me.
Action takes place in Frankfurt.
At start I commited act of piracy as described above.
And after that when I was going back to Munich to buy more cloak batteries, on my sensor I saw ore floating in space.
So I took some. 1600 units of ore to be precise. Without any threts or engagment.
Miner was not only throwing ore to space but he was doing that knowing that pirate transport ship hangs around.
Thats the fact.
So I was told that my case will reach forum. We talked and I stated that I dont consider robbery equal to piracy but ok.
At the end I told him that I see hes point and offered him to give back the ore but he refused to take it back.
Is this allowed?

Thats exacly what I was hoping for.
But if you want to neutralize that pirate for sure I would reccomend usage of bomber, GB or cruiser.
But be carefull. He is piloting a figate! Its as beautifull as deadly!
I suppose You have already figured it out and those 2 gunboats that I took out yesterday in 2v1 combat were you and your friend.
Not to mention the miner that died as well.
I liked the yesterdays approach of those two gunboats. Try to ambush the pirate by holding him with the miner as long as possible and surroud the *******.
Maybe next time you will get him.

I joined long ago but didnt played disco alot to be honest. I dont consider myself as veteran at all.
I am just a stinking pirate.
