That would explain it, as depots belong to an NPC Faction.
I have reset your Rep to 0 for DSE.
Don't shoot anymore Depots or you know what happens.

Next time when you fall in a similar problem, then search for the strongest ally of the affected faction (in your case, DSE allies) and bribe them, Then try the relogs after searching for DSE bribes, and it will then show
