So for example, The idea of buffing a certain ore drop rate for a couple of hours, and then buffing its price at some bases so players sell at a high price... IF this is announced 24 hours before the event starts, then players will fill their ships and send them to the selling points and wait... ONCE you announce the start, then they will sell all their cargo for the new price, and gain a great advantage, then maybe go join the event... Hey, if they are that smart, they have earned those credits ? I know we have some creative people here. RE: Community Feedback: Spontaneous Events - Solo Wing Sagume - 05-14-2022 I dont know how much influence you got in spawning NPCs but maybe letting some little spontaneous PvE events happen, eG a wolfpack of Rogue Wolfhounds haunting the Pittsburgh Debris field attacking a DSE transport convoy. Both lawful and unlawful players could get involved and it would fit immersively. The npcs should be considered a big challenge in strenght... well atleast stronger than your usual lv 19 npcs and could maybe have some special loot... like regular codeguns, thrusters and/or some commodities... or maybe just a bounty payout handled by plugin or event overseer. Little things to go explore, maybe getting hinted where something unusually is reported but still going with the flow of immersion. RE: Community Feedback: Spontaneous Events - Torment - 05-14-2022 Love it, some ideas that came to mind:

I don't think that by doing that, then they earned those credits. I see that as cheating and exploiting, don't you think? |
