Police factions should not have access in my opinion.
Their job isn't to haul items. Their job is to stop the hauling of illegal items.

Totally OORP for them. The penny pinchers they are they would probably "outsource" the work to transport pilots who are found to be in violation of one of the many space shipping regulations.
Which is exactly what you can do. Instead of fining someone 10 million credits for transporting the wrong kind of cargo you just make him do 2 mundane Consumer Goods or Sunbucks runs.

I disagree, the only difference between the Police factions are the Houses they reside in.
As far as I'm concerned all police factions are identical

Sure, it's less than the FL ID, but they have TLAGSNET and can enforce laws.
Navies should have police lines removed from their ID too, but that's not the topic of discussion.

If you don't care about faction lore and only at really basic roles. Sure they're identical. This reminds me of GTA San Andreas rp now.

Police should do what police should do and trading companies should do what trading companies do. If this is allowed, soon we will be seeing RS|Berlin as a Rheinland Battleship.
If lawfuls are in need of bigger tugs, contact their local shipping companies. If trading factions need more protection, contact the authorities.

Lpi is a very large manufacturing company. It's only on disco, so factions can gather activity and have gameplay, that they have their own transports. Lpi is fine the way it is but in my personal opinion law enforcement could be bumped down further too cargo wise.
In vanilla plenty of companies get no transports.
